Even when you’re 100% sure you want to make a change in your life, it can still be scary.
It doesn’t matter what it is – changing jobs, ending a relationship, moving to a new city, starting a daily practice – there are always ups and downs laden with anxiety, fear, and self-doubt.
Maybe you lose motivation, become unfocused, or feel discouraged. Maybe you isolate yourself, and completely abandon your efforts.
This is all pretty normal behavior, and nothing to be ashamed of. But it can be avoided.
Luckily, there is a way that you can make any transition a much less painful and far less traumatic, experience.
How?
You can develop a strong support network.
In this podcast I discuss:
- The Importance of a support network, in which I share a personal story of how I recently reconfirmed the importance of having a strong group of supportive people around you during times of transition
- The important qualities to look for in a support network
- Different ways to feel connected
- A quick way to identify your top supporters
In this podcast, I also challenge you to go out and start taking action towards uncovering and developing your own strong support network.
